S1000D Speaker Details

Until November 2010, Mike was Secretary for the S1000D Steering committee and has been active in the S1000D community since 1995. He has provided S1000D consultancy globally for Rolls-Royce in support of the strategic move to standardise publications corporately. He was responsible for creating what was perhaps the first detailed set of business rules and an automated business rules checking program in support of the EJ200 project.

In his latest appointment as Information Manager for Engineering for Services, one of his objectives is to implement the business rules checking model used within publications to other disciplines within Rolls-Royce.
