The Good, the Bad and DITA: Implementing Single-sourcing, Reuse and Content Exchange with DITA at Nokia

With many different product and platform variants, collaborating partners and publishing channels, being able to single-source content which is often translated into many languages has been a key business goal in Nokia for a number of years in order to serve worldwide customers. In this presentation, Indi of Nokia and Tom of SDL will share their experiences, good and bad, of leveraging the DITA information architecture in combination with effective content management to improve business efficiency and enhance customer experience.
